I Choose Life

This is about the choices

we make as individuals every day.

It is not about how I think others should live their lives.

It is not about the choices I made yesterday

or the ones I will make tomorrow.

It is about how I choose to live my life now,

And how I choose to be one with the world.

This is my manifesto.

My answer is “I choose Life”.

I choose Light over darkness,

I choose Health over sickness,

I choose Movement over passivity,

I choose Passion over apathy,

I embrace Life in all its expressions:

From a hug or a sunrise to rainy days and

the struggle in our daily battles.

I am thankful for they remind me I am alive.

I choose Life.
